Jawbone UP or Fitbit Flex

I’ve been using the Jawbone UP since its release and made the switch to the Fitbit Flex on July 6th.  Since Fitbit announced the Flex, I kept an eye on it and read the reviews when the band was finally released.  My main reason for making the switch was my UP no longer vibrated and if you do an online search, a lot of users have this issue.

I Just Saved a Bunch of Money by Switching to No Cable

For the past 365 days, I haven’t had one cable bill. Before my cable-free days, I had been using AT&T U-Verse for cable which was a breath of fresh air after switching from Time Warner Cable.  TWC looked like a big ol’ stereo receiver with a UI straight from the early 90’s.  For both services, I was paying over $100 a month for cable & internet which unfortunately is norm today.
